The one that always brings a smile to my face is Billericay Brewery’s Mayflower Gold Vintage — a rich American IPA and a fantastic local beer from Essex.
This is not one of our own brews, but a seasonal favourite we are proud to mention. Brewed by Billericay Brewery, Mayflower Gold Vintage is a special version of their Mayflower Gold, produced once a year, with every bottle numbered and signed by the brewer.
Each year, a different hop is used, giving every vintage its own unique character.
Style: Rich American IPA
Strength: 7.5% ABV
Local origin: Essex
Availability: Normally available from November to March in cask, bottles and polypins.
